Changes in 2022:
- DB Group is one of the top 5% rated companies according to EcoVadis, one of the top 3% in the rail transport category and received the gold medal. The industry average was 41 points. We made the greatest improvements in the areas of labor and human rights and sustainable
procurement. - DB Group’s MSCI ESG rating improved in 2022. The main drivers for this were improvements in governance and social aspects, as well as improvements relative to peers.
- Sustainalytics adjusted the ESG risk of DB Group in 2022. This is due to the determination of higher risk exposure and a downgraded assessment of the management of individual ESG issues (including partially adjusted assessments in the areas of product governance and human capital).
