Data protection at DB Group

The increasing need for data protection advice – particularly for intelligent data processing and innovative, largely data-driven business models within DB Group – requires quick and straightforward data protection expertise. That is why a new interface management system has been established within the data protection organization between central and decentra­­­lized data protection processes. This makes it even easier to specifically identify Group-­wide priority topics and advise DB Group in a strategic and legally sound manner.

The management of the national and international data protection or­­ga­­nization was also merged. By combining specialist leadership, management and further development, the data protection organization achieves synergy effects throughout the entire DB Group and ensures that the exper­tise is shared worldwide.
