Compared to the previous year, there was a slight decrease in the number of training and continuing education days per employee for employees in customer-facing job families. Against the backdrop of the restructuring of DB Group, this development is linked to the reduced number of external new hires and a focus on the further training and continuing education necessary for operations.
Regular performance reviews
86 % of the performance assessments due in 2025 at DB Group in Germany were carried out in 2025. The key figure is calculated on the basis of the proportion of the required performance assessments carried out. Further information can be found under Actions (S1-4).
