Subsidiaries

• On May 30, 2025, DB Kommunikationstechnik GmbH was merged with DB InfraGO AG effective January 1, 2025, upon registration in the trade register. The figures for 2024 have been adjusted accordingly.
• In 2025, the planning and acceptance testing division of DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH was transferred internally within the Group to DB InfraGO AG. About 300 employees were affected.
• As part of the organizational restructuring, certain divisions of DB Real Estate were transferred to DB InfraGO AG in 2025. These primarily include asset management, as well as services related to contaminated site management and waste management.
