Targets (S2-5)

In 2025, there were no measurable, time-bound and outcome-oriented targets within the meaning of the ESRS in relation to health and safety in the value chain.

Irrespective of this, the effectiveness of the policies applied under the LkSG and the measures implemented is reviewed by means of a Group-wide annual effectiveness analysis in order to ensure compliance with due diligence obligations and to continuously improve our processes. The aim of this effectiveness analysis is to assess the effectiveness and appropriateness of LkSG risk management, ensure that priority human rights and environmental risks are adequately addressed and derive structural improvements. The assessment also covers health and safety measures.

The effectiveness analysis process is standardized throughout the Group. The LkSG coordinators assess the current status of the implementation of measures and develop proposals for improvement where necessary. The valuation is then reviewed by the LkSG officers at the Group companies. The results of all Group companies are consolidated centrally and subjected to further analysis. Finally, the LkSG officers at the Group companies inform their management body about the results of the effectiveness analysis.
