Subsidiaries
- DB Regio AG took over SWEG Bahn Stuttgart GmbH as a result of the change of operator for Network 35 Baden-Württemberg on August 1, 2025. It now operates under the name DB Regio Stuttgart GmbH.
- DB AG sold 100 % of the shares in ioki GmbH to BENTELER HOLON Verwaltungs AG with effect from January 8, 2026.
