External temporary agency workers are not counted as DB Group employees.
In the case of particular bottlenecks, we work with external temporary employment agencies to bridge short-term or temporary personnel shortfalls in addition to the use of temporary workers belonging to DB Temporary Work. External temporary agency workers are not counted as DB Group employees because they are employed by the respective temporary employment agency. The share of external temporary agency workers remains almost at the same level as of the end of the previous year.
