Incidents, complaints and severe human rights impacts (S1-17)

In 2025, a total of 152 reports were received via the electronic whistleblower system described under Processes to remediate negative impacts and channels for own workers to raise concerns (S1-3).

98 reports related to the area of human rights. Of these, 62 reports were potentially related to discrimination, including harassment, but none were confirmed as incidents of discrimination in connection with our own employees.

No severe incidents relating to human rights in connection with our own employees (e.g. forced labor, human trafficking or child labor) were reported in 2025. DB Group defines severe human rights incidents as serious actual human rights violations or significant risks of such violations within the meaning of the LkSG. These include, in particular, violations of the prohibitions set out in Section 2 (2) Nos. 1 –4 LkSG (cases of child labor, forced labor, slavery and human trafficking).

In 2025, we did not pay any fines, sanctions or compensation for damages in connection with the aforementioned incidents and reports.
