Changes to the Supervisory Board of DB AG

There have been six new shareholder representatives on the Supervisory Board of DB AG since March 1, 2026: Christoph Franz, deputy chairman of the Board of Directors of the Swiss insurance company Zurich, Birgit Bohle, Member of the Management Board of Deutsche Telekom AG, Elisabeth Lepique, lawyer and tax advisor, Björn Simon, Member of the German Parliament, Uwe Schmidt, Member of the German Parliament, and Sebastian Brehm, Member of the German Parliament. Werner Gatzer remains the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
