  • DB Cargo Nederland N.V., Utrecht/the Netherlands, completed the sale of its shares (51 %) in Rail Service Center Rotterdam B.V., Rotterdam/the Netherlands, as of April 16, 2025. The shares were acquired by the previous co-shareholders (Hupac SA, Chiasso/Switzerland; Hoyer Nederland B.V., Rotterdam/the Netherlands; Bertschi AG, Dürrenäsch/Switzerland) and Kombiverkehr Deutsche Gesellschaft für kombinierten Güterverkehr mbH&Co. Kommanditgesellschaft.
  • DB Intermodal Services GmbH sold its shares in DCH Düsseldorfer Container-Hafen GmbH (51 %) and CTS Container-Terminal GmbH (22.5%) to HGK Logistics and Intermodal GmbH as of July 15, 2025.
  • Transfesa Logistics S.A., Madrid/Spain, sold 100 % of the shares in Sociedad de Estudios y Explotación de Material Auxiliar de Transportes, S.A. (“SEMAT”), Madrid/Spain, to Groupe CAT, Suresnes/France, effective August 1, 2025.
  • Transfesa Logistics S.A., Madrid/Spain, sold 100 % of the shares in Transervi S.A., Madrid/Spain, to Boluda Shipping, S.L., Madrid/Spain, effective December 23, 2025.
