Metrics
The rules currently applicable to rail punctuality in DB Group have been constant for many years in order to ensure historical and cross-product comparability.
The comprehensive presentation and distribution of key quality indicators for use in dashboards, reports and committees at Group level and externally are carried out via the Digital Situation Room, which is the internal key figure dashboard. This ensures that the key figures are applied in a uniform manner at Group level and that their values are consistent.
The data to be used, data provision and the calculation of the values are coordinated with the responsible contact persons from the business units and documented using fact sheets.
