In addition to the disclosures required under the ESRS, DB Group reports on other topics in order to meet additional stakeholder requirements.

Employees for environmental protection

We offer our employees specialist environmental training on issues relating to areas of action for the ecological transformation. With regard to climate protection, employees can, for example, receive training in energy management in accordance with DIN 50001.

For employees on construction sites, we ensure that a wide range of specialist environmental training courses are available. The courses offered range from mandatory courses on environmental construction supervision to specialist courses on specific animal species on construction sites of DB Group.

In 2025, 103 events (previous year: 127 events) with about 2,260 participants (previous year: about 2,600 participants) took place in Germany.
