Adequate wages (S1-10)
Adequate wages are ensured for all DB Group employees in Germany by mapping remuneration in collective bargaining agreements and by the defined lower limits, which reflect at least the applicable minimum wage in the lowest remuneration groups. The assigned Federal civil servants are paid by the BEV.
